Starting therapy

I offer an initial 4-session commitment (£200, paid in advance).
These are usually held weekly to help build some momentum.

Ongoing sessions are £65.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.

I work with a range of experiences, including pressure, relationships, anger, and feeling stuck.
