That can be exhausting over time.
It can also leave a lasting impact on how you see yourself, your relationships, and how safe things feel.
Therapy offers a space where you can speak openly, without needing to justify or translate your experience.

Starting therapy
I offer an initial 4-session commitment (£200, paid in advance).
These are usually held weekly to help build some momentum.
Ongoing sessions are £65.
Sessions are 50 minutes.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
I work with a range of experiences, including identity, relationships, and navigating the impact of how others respond to you.
