Welcome to my therapy blog
This blog is a place for reflection — not advice, not quick fixes, but thoughts about how we live, relate, feel, and change. You’ll find short pieces here on what therapy can feel like from the inside. Not just when things fall apart, but also when they quietly start to come together.
Sometimes I write directly to the part of you that’s struggling. Other times, I speak to those quieter shifts — the ones that don’t look like much from the outside, but mean everything on the inside. These are the moments I often see in therapy: the sigh of recognition, the flicker of a thought that won’t go away, the questions that arrive when you’re finally safe enough to ask them.
You’ll also find pieces about being human — grieving, growing, doubting, finding joy, and everything in between. Some are written for clients, some for the curious, and all are here to help you feel a little less alone in the work of becoming yourself.
If something here resonates, take it with you. And if it stirs something, you’re welcome to get in touch.
